The minimum aisle width in Hall 8 is 3 metres.
All exhibition stands with a raised floor of up to 4cm will require an area with a bevelled edge or a ramp. For floors above 4cm only a ramp will be accepted. The minimum width for the bevelled area or the ramp is 90cm.
We encourage stand builders to consider accessibility when designing the layout of their stand and furniture, however we don't audit this. Please ask the exhibitor for help if you require adjustments.

Education areas
All education theatres and stages are wheelchair accessible and there will be reserved spaces for wheelchair users. Most of the seats in the theatres are stools or benches without a chair back. There will be a small number of seats with backs.
We use Silent Seminar audience headphones in most of our sessions to help reduce background noise.

Instructions on how to use Wordly.ai on your device is available at the sessions. Please use the earphones for your device to listen to the audio translation. You can read the session transcription on your device.
